For patients with proteinuria, hematuria, decreased kidney function, or hyperuricemia detected during a health checkup or comprehensive medical checkup, we provide detailed examinations, diagnosis, and treatment, as well as lifestyle counseling, including dietary guidance. For patients with end-stage kidney disease, we provide guidance on selecting kidney replacement therapy (dialysis or kidney transplantation) and manage maintenance hemodialysis.

We diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic diseases related to the trachea, bronchi, and lungs, which take in oxygen and excrete carbon dioxide. In severe cases requiring emergency care, we promptly refer patients to the Respiratory Medicine Department at Toyama Prefectural Central Hospital. In addition, for those concerned about sleep apnea syndrome, we provide comprehensive outpatient guidance, including necessary examinations, diagnosis, and treatment (CPAP: Continuous Positive Airway Pressure therapy) for those who require it.​​

For patients experiencing chest symptoms such as chest pain or palpitations, detailed examinations and treatment are provided at the specialized cardiology outpatient clinic every Monday afternoon (by a cardiologist from the Second Department of Internal Medicine, University of Toyama). In cases of severe conditions requiring urgent attention, such as myocardial infarction, angina, valvular disease, or atrial fibrillation, patients will be promptly referred to the Cardiology Department at Toyama Prefectural Central Hospital.

We offer upper gastrointestinal endoscopy performed by a specialist (Professor Kitakata from the Department of Gastroenterology, Kanazawa Medical University Hospital) for the early detection of gastric cancer and esophageal cancer through gastric cancer screenings, as well as for the diagnosis and treatment of other upper gastrointestinal diseases, such as gastric and duodenal ulcers or erosions.
